Alright, I took a genuine unbiased look at the article. And yes, the overwhelming majority of it is bullshit.

But, there were maybe one or two things in there that weren't... entirely unacceptable when taken into the proper context.

1.) Your confidence may take a hit

So this one, when taken away from the propaganda surrounding it, isn't 100% off-base. I can definitely say that back in my bluepilled days, I always felt like shit whenever I got a good look at what the dating world thinks of men. Hell, getting turned down in ANY kind of relationship hurts. Had a whole group of guys who I thought were cool turn into assholes on me as soon as I did something they didn't like, and it made me a real downer for a while.

But confidence is not an issue exclusive to dealing with women. Your confidence is something that can be shaken from job performance, lifestyle choices, shit that has nothing to do with the amount of pussy you have or haven't gotten. That's what I wish society would stop pushing, that confidence is this magical energy that is both a.) dependent on women, and b.) a cure-all for all of your problems if you can get enough of it. If you're lacking in confidence, running headfirst into the shitty world of modern dating is the fastest way to smash what little is left, not get more.

2.) You might develop bad eating habits

Another one that isn't completely false, but the issue here is the motivation behind it. If I start eating better, I want it to be for my own personal health. Eating better for the sake of trying to stay at the top of your game and be sexy for someone else sounds like a ton of work for all the wrong reasons.

I want to eat better so that I make it past 64, not because I'm afraid my bitchy girlfriend will leave the second I lose my abs.

Come to think of it, this one actually might be more like a female author projecting onto men...

3.) Your dating standards have plummeted

Another one that sounds more like a post-wall woman lamenting her current partner...

However, I have seen many men with absolutely fucking heinous standards. Even if you are going to get into the dating game, you might as well aim for someone who you can at least pretend is worth it.

If I see another perfectly good-looking, handy, capable guy hook up with a 450 pound slab of bitch with a face like an ache-ridden Freddy Krueger, I'm going to vomit. I swear, men in the Midwest will fuck anything.

4.) You get a pet

Or... maybe you just want to hang out with a creature that isn't completely unpleasant? I mean, some people just prefer animals to other people, it doesn't have to be a sign that you need to get back into dating.

5.) You start looking at your friends as potential mates

Sounds like projection. Women always have a backup man or two (or 80).

6.) You’ve beaten almost every level of your video games

Fucking what? Yeah, I got 100% on Crash Bandicoot 2, I clearly must be in dire need of a girlfriend. It's not like I just have ways of entertaining myself that don't reside in a greasy crevice, oh no, that simply can't be.

What, did we take a trip back to the fucking 80's here? "What are ya doin', nerd, playin' your nerd games? Nerds like you could never get a date, nerd!"

7.) You turn to your mom for advice

How is that a sign that you need to get back into dating? Besides that, I never had one adult in my life growing up who knew what the fuck they were talking about with women. When it came to advice on getting laid, they all stopped just short of telling me to pull up in a horse-drawn carriage and ask M'lady's father if I might have her hand in marriage.

Seriously, every adult, even the ones who I found out later were complete sluts/manwhores, none of them could give me any reasonable advice. It's like they were out to actively sabotage the younger generation with blatant lies. Or maybe they were just in denial of the fact that all it took for their first boyfriend to get into their pants way back in the day was a happy meal and a nice quiet parking spot behind a gas station.

8.) You Google or reach out to exes

And that's a sign that you need to get back into dating? Seems like an unhealthy reaction to me. "Hey, this last relationship didn't go so well... OH WELL! Guess I'll just go jump into another one as quickly as possible before my brain gets a chance to process the emotional scars from the previous one!"
