I was talking to my friends about the usual shit we talk about until I had this idea. Or rather a theory. TRP teaches us about pull and push to create attraction. To get a girl to like you. Showing interest and then the opposite to keep her guessing, keep her wanting. The idea that sprung to my mind is that, in an established relationship (LTR) maybe the same principle works with alternating beta and alpha to, respectively, create a push and a pull. The only difference is that the point of view of the push and pull changed. Whereas you first created pull by flirting and showing interest to wheel in a new bird, you are now creating pull by being alpha and unavailable in a LTR, to keep her wanting you even more, and alternate it with beta to create a push, to kill attraction just for a little bit to then bounce back to your full alphaness. My friend said it's bullcrap but i'd like to have you're take on it.

And before orthodox Redpillers start scolding my take on the matter, let me say that being beta is not always bad. That sometimes girls want to see that you're a guy with a little more dept. Not just a meathead pretending to have no feelings. Being beta in front of a girl, with the right timing and right circumstances can be a good thing. For example: I have a friend who cheated on his girlfriend, she wanted to break up with him. If you'd take an alpha approach you would tell her as aloof as you humanly can be that you don't care if she left. And that she would then not leave you, as a girl would never leave a guy who is indifferent about her leaving. That is not what my friend did. This son of a bitch went to her house crying telling her how much she meant to him, that it was a mistake and that he only wanted her. long story short, they got back together. Showing betaness showed his gf that he cared about, just wat she needed to know to allow her to trust him again. Anyway maybe my theory isn't that farfetched is what i'm trying to say
