Does she know most spiders are not poisonous? She could have just pulled over and shooed it out of the car. There I go again, using logic instead of hysteria.

FYI : in Australia most spider deaths are from this sort of thing.. shooung said spider also doesnt work ,especially if they are hiding in your dash.
