Monk mode is a mindset and is a path followed by a series of steps.

Not every man here is starting from the same point in life, that's the beauty and painful part about this community.

Some are freshly divorced, others are teens who are wondering about how to deal with rejection. Yes, some forced celibates and others are recovering pickup artists.

What we can do is lift each other up and share our struggles and success.
