If he doesn't back out and gets the job, shit will fly. Hopefully he helps bring forward legislation to prosecute people who make false accusations for: 1) money, 2) attention, 3) revenge or vindictiveness, 4) political reasons.

Rape is bad, and rapists get punished for it. False accusations are also bad (and destroy lives) yet don't carry a penalty. Hopefully this fiasco changes that

I'm glad he's killing it. Those allegations are some of the most ridiculous crap I've heard in a long time. Obviously I don't know the guy but 35 y/o allegations and apparent gang rape parties involving hundreds of people over three years and not one police report, not one council session, not one angry parent like c'mon...
