I've seen with my own eyes a similar case.A one year old baby starved,malnourished no power to even cry, and so small small still carried in arms like newborns,broke my heart,never will forget that image of emaciated child....luckily the aunt of the baby step in and took the child from mother.It was sick.I hope a "mother" like that take death penalty,no joking.
