Avoid females. Do not marry, have a GF, cohabitate or impregnate. Eat well, sleep well, stay away from hard drugs, moderate alcohol or abstain completely, and exercise hard 3-4 times per week. The best thing you can do is dive head first into a hobby new or old. You’ll get so much more enjoyment out of it and you might actually learn something instead of be a slave

Give yourself time to mope about it. Whenever i did go through heartbreak i let myself reflect/ponder on situation. i learned from it. don’t go too long being sad about it. but you can’t put it to the back of your head. it only leads to more pain.

Find a new hobby. resist the urge to text her. If you do have any urge to text her watch this
