Subconsciously a woman would lose her respect for a man. You can't show to woman that you can't do something. They'll be all over your weakness and use it against you.

If you do need her help reframe it into having her do something nice for you. For example, "Would you be so kind as to get me...." Don't ever say to a woman, "I can't figure this out, maybe you can help me..."
