In my case, my natural state is MGTOW. The only time where I feel extremely thirsty and desperate is when I spend too much time in my room and I am lazy. But when I am active and have a lot of things to do, I can feel fulfilled and happy on my own and never feel the need to chase women or think about sex all the time. From what I have found, most people who get addicted from this drug have nothing going on in their lives, they dont have goals or dreams, they dont have a plan for the future and they have not even self actualized, many men also crave female approval like a little boy craves his mother's approval, in many videos we describe this phenomenon as "male mother need" and it is the most dangerous thing that you can have when it comes to your perception of women. Guys who have this problem are very needy and feel like they will be forever incomplete if they dont find a girlfriend, and that feeling is further reinforced by the propaganda that surrounds them which pushes this dangerous idea even more. In my case, the times where I have felt the most desperate and thirsty were when I spent too much time in my bedroom all alone being lazy and jerking off too much. On the other hand, you have guys who have taken the red pill and have goals and dreams in mind and actually want to accomplish things and care about their success. Those guys are never tempted by the drug, they feel so fulfilled and satisfied in their lives that they dont have this craving that losers usually have, and since they are MGTOW they are aware of women's nature and are very careful when interacting with them.

My point is that even though pussy is a drug, it mostly affects men who are not MGTOW, men who have never once in their life realized the truth that they can make it on their own, that no woman could ever make them as happy and satisfied as they can make themselves with their own actions. Us MGTOW do not need to worry as long as we do not forget what we have learned, as long as we can easily memorize all that we have learned and use that knowledge to fight the brainwashing techniques of our enemies, we remain untouchable. This is why I am not really worried about women, I dont have this paranoia that some MGTOW have, I can relax and enjoy life because I know that no matter what I choose to do, nobody can take away my freedom as long as I follow the golden rules of MGTOW: Leykis 101.

Also, women are not a parasite, its just that the laws in place give them the power to be a parasite. So as long as you do not cohabitate, do not get married and do not have children and do not stick your dick in crazy, you should be fine. Also, thanks to our MGTOW knowledge, women are very easy to attract, the only effort and investment required is going to be on ourselves and not on them. In other words, a successful man who spends money on himself to show off his success or just enjoy the fruits of his labour will automatically raise his LMS, and so will the guy who has been gaining strength and muscle mass by lifting weights and eating like a king for more than a year. We do these things for ourselves, to be healthy and to feel fulfilled and as a result, they want us badly, but we shouldnt feel the need to reject all of them if that is not what we desire. Becoming desirable to women means you have the freedom of choice, you can be picky, and by using your knowledge to your advantage you can minimize your investment while maximizing your benefit while at the same time, minimizing the risk. I think many people who discover our philosophy have an all or nothing kind of mindset, they feel like they can either go full monk or go full provider, but you dont have to go to any of those 2 extremes, you can find a middle ground.

You can have fun without risking anything, and you can enjoy the benefits of your hard work without wasting money or time. Female nature is actually very convenient when you think about it, you dont have to put in any effort on trying to attract them, all you do is work hard on yourself, then they see that success and chase you, and the more successful you are the more choices you have, and even at that point, they still desire a man who puts in minimal effort. In other words, you can let them chase you, tease them with very small amounts of attention, play hard to get and make them go crazy for you, then you can keep doing this until they want you so badly that they break and give you anything you want way too easily. Then you can either break it off right there or keep her on the hook while hanging down the possibility of settling down but never actually doing it. Blue pillers will say that only a manipulative asshole would do these things but this is the man that women go crazy for, and once you realize this and give them exactly what they want deep down, you both get what you want without you having to waste precious time or money.

I have never understood why very few MGTOW realize this, they just starve themselves of sex and dont even use the knowledge to their advantage. I can understand guys who have gone through a divorce and just want to go monk, but for everyone else, I dont get why they dont realize this, that they can reverse engineer female nature in this manner to get everything that they want very easily without all the hassle that the average man has to deal with. It still requires work but only on yourself, the only people who cant really use this are guys who are extreme minimalists living off the grid or guys who are too poor to pull it off effectively.

Let me give you a 18y.o. young guy's perspective, who gets hit by even his teacher apparently. Its more of an anecdote, but I thought I should share it.

You see, since my childhood I worked hard to develop certain qualities in me : self respect, a greater sense of morality, dignity, honour, a good personality that reflects myself, thus an overall good image and reputation of myself in my society and family. I have a good moral and ethical standard for women in which most women dont fit in.

Now, lets talk about this knowledge you are talking about. Sure, my sex drive is really high, it can be hard to control and all that, I agree. But as I am from india, we have cultures that help us exactly with this (brahmacharya, hinduism, jainism etc for example). As I have been practising it from my childhood, self control has become a habit now. Its a child's play for most guys who follow self control like me.

Now, I can easily do what you are saying. It just takes a few smart moves, some calculated flirting and spending time with her and she will be in it for some action. But who is benefiting from this temporary pleasure, me or her? Who is getting used, me or her? And most importantly, who is doing things, jumping through constant hoops and doing all the stuff using his knowledge, for what - "just" to get some action.

Guys like me work hard to develop qualities, a good image etc in them. As for me, no woman is worth sacrificing my morality, self respect and dignity, no amount of sex or pleasure can match that level. Also, by associating with another man's woman, I am betraying one of my own, right? A fellow man is getting hurt without him knowing about it because somewhere a young guy like me couldn't control his thirst. Besides, by taking advantage of that situation, there will be no difference between me and that woman. The guilt will not let me be happy afterwards. Maybe you think I am overthinking this, but please be sure to think about it for a second.

No hard feelings sir, just wanted to answer your "why" by sharing my point of view. Its not about "not wanting to do something to take advantage" or "not being able to", its more meaningfull than that.

You are missing the point I am trying to make. These "qualities" that you describe yourself having are not even beneficial in a world that does not respect them or value them. And I am talking from experience here, when I was 17 years old, I used to be a very nice guy who also valued honour and morality but that was because I thought that men and women thought in the same way, I thought that by giving women what they said they wanted, I would get what I wanted from them. But what research and experience has taught me is that women do not value those qualities, and neither does society. People don't look up to guys who are nice, kind, honest, moral and honourable, people look up to guys who are successful, like if you are have big muscles, you will be very respected even if those were obtained through unnatural means, if you have a good looking girlfriend, you will be respected, and I can go on with many more examples, people do not value the things that you describe.

Also, the techniques which you describe do not fulfill your needs, they only trick you into thinking that they do. In other words, you are lying to yourself, you are coping with your circumstances instead of chasing after what you want, and this is something that I see very often in this community and it is very sad, it is not that you must chase women but rather that if you desire them you must not ignore your desires, but you must be smart about it, hence what I was talking about.

Also, you don't need to flirt, women are not attracted to flirting in 2019, like I said, women chase successful men, they value you based on your LMS score, the higher it is, the more women will be attracted to you. As for how to interact with them, it's very simple, you don't have to pretend you like them, that is not what I was recommending, but you must choose the women that you are interested in. So if you see a girl that you like, then you can start trying to attract her. Women do not function like men, women are very different from us even though they are humans too. Women do not appreciate acts of kindness, if you are nice to them or have all of these values which you describe, you will appear as inferior to them because they will see your kindness as weakness, and not just women, people in general will also be this way, respect must not be given freely to random people, it has to be earned, people have to earn your respect, if you just give them everything without getting what you want, you will never get what you want.

Those values that you describe are a lie you tell yourself, you may not realize this but you are only inflating your own ego even more, and while having an ego is part of being a man, having an ego that is too big will only prevent you from going after what you want because you'll be too afraid of getting hurt or getting mocked or whatever. Your problem is that you care too much about what others think of you, and until you let that go, you will never truly be free, you will never be able to go your own way, because you still depend strongly on others' perception of you. I used to be that way but changed my way of thinking long ago to chase my dreams no matter what people say.

Also, it really depends, do you want to be a monk who is poor, highly dependent on dumb values, can never accomplish anything because of fear and is miserable? Or do you want to chase after your goals and dreams and make things happen, make your family proud, and become a great man that people will remember? It really depends on your goals, and my point is not that you need to have women in your life, but if you really want them but don't go after them because you are afraid, then you are really lying to yourself, you are just coping in this situation and not really going your own way.

You need to let go of the things that are holding you back before you can achieve what you set out to do, I used to have things holding me back too but I cut them off, I got rid of negative people, I got rid of my kindness and naiveté, I became not a complete asshole but more neutral, I started to give my attention only to the people who deserved it, I stopped chasing women, and as a result, women started chasing me, and the more I followed the thing I am talking about right now, the more they desired me. Like I said, you are not hurting anyone in this process, the women are getting what they want, and you are getting what you want, the only people who will hate you for doing this are blue pilled cucks who are way too nice to women, and feminists who feel like you are not nice enough to women, but neither of those groups are logical, both rely on the lie that women actually respect nice guys with values such as yours, when in reality, they really don't, and neither does society as a whole, they only respect successful people.

Also, I am not saying that you need to completely get rid of your ego but you need to tone it down a little and not let it prevent you from going after what you truly want. Incels like to say that MGTOW is a cope when it really isn't, but many MGTOW are using it as a cope, not in the sense that we all need women but more that many men actually want women in their life and are fighting against that desire, many do this because they've been told online that all women are monsters who only want to ruin their life when it just isn't true.

The only thing that you have to watch out for is gynocentrism, the reason why cohabitation is bad is because you lose your freedom and never have a moment alone because you are now living with someone, the reason why marriage is bad is because love doesn't last forever and she will eventually get fat and ugly and unbearable and you'll have to put up with her for the rest of your life because you signed a contract and also risk to lose everything if she wants out, the reason why you shouldn't have children is because of child support and child custody laws.

In the end, it's all about gynocentrism, MGTOW is a response to gynocentrism and this is where many on this sub are missing the point, women are not to blame for this, they are just following their biological imperative and using the means that are at their disposal, the problem is that they have more power than us, and that is why MGTOW exists, to fight against that, but you can have relationships while minimizing your risk, if you avoid those laws by never settling down.

And like I said, nobody is being used here, she is getting what she wants, she gets to have your constant attention and help for many things and also your love and time, while she can offer you affection and sex, everybody wins, the only part where it becomes unfair is when you settle down because the gynocentric laws make it so, and you lose your power because feminism promotes female supremacy and male slavery, this is why I am never settling down, if the laws were different I would do it, but today, it is just a very bad deal.

The thing that you do not realize in all of this is that no matter what women may say, they don't hate the assholes who treat them like shit, it's the opposite in fact, they love these men so much that they want to marry them but these men almost never do so women see them as a challenge, so if you give them very little attention and treat them as if they were inferior, they will feel inferior but they will feel amazing when they are with you, sure they will also feel sadness sometimes or other unpleasant feelings but women actually like it, women would rather chase an asshole than a nice guy. And the truth is that women have always been this way since the dawn of time, and this is why I feel no guilt for treating them this way, because it's what they want, it makes them feel happy, it makes them feel madly in love with me and it makes them desire me a lot. And like I said, you can push this to the point where they will be begging to fuck you, and even though it is sort of manipulation, it is for their benefit.

Also, you are not jumping through hoops, all you have to do is be a MGTOW, improve your LMS, give very little attention to women, play hard to get, and keep this going on until they break and are doing all the work to get you to fuck them. In the end, both of you wins, and the only one who has to do all the effort is her, but this will only work if you are successful or good looking or popular. There are also other aspects to LMS such as the fact that a guy who is taller than you can heightmog you and steal your girlfriend, and if he is white and your girlfriend is indian and he also has more money than you, he will steal your girlfriend with ease. Basically, if I went to your hometown, I would be getting a lot more attention than you just because I am 6 foot 4 tall, white, have a strong chiseled male model jawline, and have a good looking face, if I was muscular I would be getting even more women. But no matter who you are or where you are from or what you are born with you have the potential to improve yourself and reach your maximum LMS score that your circumstances will allow if you are willing to put in the hard work. But if you are so heavily limited by your ego, then of course you will get nowhere.

MY brother. Thanks for all this reading. I really appreciate it. I second every paragraph you wrote, by my own experiences and also readings from other mgtows. Indeed we mgtows get a little too negative sometimes, or sometimes we demonize things, but thats the way men are, we dont deal well with moderation.

I could elaborate that negativity is sometimes necessary, and its also an energy that can be very powerful for example in the gym. The bluepill have no negativity, because why would they.

I dont think men go for the extreme of full provider, not that they want, i think men go either monk, or hedonistic player. Provider, or settling down is just being a cuck, and in case you dont know, most providers are not having sex, they just cant even admit that. Thats what provider is.

The 2 extremes that are found in mgtow, exist for a reason, because it works. I mean the extremes of being monk or pump and dump. You should never half ass both of them. If you know what i mean. Get in fast, get out fast. Pump and dump. Or monk mode. Better not half ass. If i half ass, i rather go monk, or i rather go a few months pump and dump, then stop, and go monk again focus on myself.

At least thats what used to work for me. The 2 extremes worked for me. Having phases of indulgement, and phases of restriction. But overall once mgtow, the minimalism is permanent, not ever will you spend time and money or energy for a cunt. And thats a blessing for this world. Because if all men didnt spend a dime or waste a second with these cunts then i guess women would know the world where they are living. Mgtow is teaching them the hard way, and without effort, which means give them nothing and take from them everything, and all while we enjoying our lives to the fullest.

What I mean is that you don't need to choose between either pump and dump or complete cuck. You can have cool relationships with women if you choose wisely, don't date crazy women, and never settle down. What I was saying is that most men don't realize that they can have a good relationship, it's just that because of the laws in place, we can no longer have everlasting relationships because women have too much power, but we can still hop from one relationship to the other while enjoying only the best parts without all the bad things that relationships can bring.

In other words, you don't have to date women only to use them for sex, you can enjoy the romance, you can appreciate the affection that they can give you, you can love them and have them love you and feel amazing, it's just that it won't last, because once she wants you to settle down, it can only go downhill from there, and that is when you lay down your limits, you show her that you are not ready for that yet, you are not lying to her but at the same time you are not telling her all of your plans because it wouldn't be beneficial for you to do so. So when you enter a relationship, she will think that she can make you fall in love with her and marry her but since you are MGTOW, she will never be able to make you do that, eventually, she will give up, but before that she will have given you a lot of love, sex and affection, so you will not have wasted your time. Some men associate this with manipulation but it really isn't because the goal isn't to fake your interest in her because that wouldn't work and you would come across as fake, the goal is just to stay with her as long as possible until she tries to make you settle down.

My point is that most men on here do not realize that they can do this and enjoy relationships without having to deal with massive drawbacks or risking having their life ruined by a woman. If more men did this, they wouldn't demonize women so much, they wouldn't feel like being MGTOW is so difficult also because they would be fulfilling their most important desires. Because the truth is that a man does not only need sex, a man craves pair bonding, affection and love, and we can get those things from women, it's just that it won't last, so if we want that we will have to be careful, stay on our guard, and never let a woman manipulate us into settling down, we have to be open to love but not too open in the sense that we still make decisions with our brain. The truth is that today, marriage is not beneficial for men, it only has massive drawbacks and can reduce a man to slavery both financially and otherwise, and the reason why we can't have children is because we are no longer allowed to lead our family and will most often be the ones who get led; if you look at most committed couples today you will see that in almost every case, it is the woman who leads not only the relationship but the man himself, she makes all the decisions and has full control over his life, this is why we call these men cucks, and this is what settling down in the 21st century leads to, being cucked and having your life ruined.

I used to blame women for many things, now I see that they are just a result of this gynocentric society that we are living in, it's just like when you have children and you spoil them too much for too long, they hate you, they always want more and are never satisfied because they feel entitled to what you can offer them. Some MGTOW will then use this comparison to say that women are children but they are missing the point, what do you think will happen if you put any group of people on a huge pedestal and give them too much power? They will use it for evil of course and become corrupt and mean against everyone else, this is what happened to women and it is why many of them are behaving in disgusting ways, we should not hate them but at the same time we should condemn their behaviour.

The way I see it, not all women are at the same level, you have thot and good nice women, both of them can ruin your life if given the opportunity, but if you play your cards right, they will never be able to because you will never give them that chance. If you use the thots for one night stands when you are single, and form long term relationships with the good nice ones, you can have fun, you can get a lot of value from women, value that you could never get elsewhere, and as long as you remember that you can never settle down, no matter how many relationships you have, you will never live the miserable life that many MGTOW describe when talking about blue pilled men because you will never be in that situation and you will always have the freedom of choice and you will never be tied down because the woman will have no ownership over you.

I wish more MGTOW would realize all of this, and if more men did, then there wouldn't be so many guys coming back to the blue pill and getting their lives ruined. The more I read this subreddit, the more I see guys who have just found MGTOW and blindly follow what some guys are saying without once thinking with their own brain and making their own opinion, they just follow what everybody is saying, and I can predict that they won't last long here and will eventually cave and come back to the blue pill where they will praise women as their queens, put them back on the pedestal and get their lives ruined.

This is why I said that there must be a middle ground, we don't need to alienate half of the population, we don't need to avoid all women, they can still offer us value. As for those men who have trouble finding those women that I am describing, it is because they either never leave their house except when going to work or school, or it is because they don't work hard enough on their appearance and the image that they give to the world, because so many men underestimate the impact that all of that can have on how well people will treat you. The truth is that the better you look, the more successful you look, the better people will treat you when you're out in public and the more women will start looking up to you and will start chasing you because they want a successful man that has a life, they don't want a loser that has nothing of value, which is why the incels have trouble getting a girlfriend, because they have not maxed out their LMS or are hermits or both. I know MGTOW aren't like that but I felt that it's would still be important to mention.

Yes. I use to say the same before. I think this depends on the context. Your age, experience, and your situation. Of course, if you are a guy who only had sex with a few women, you will tend to see juice as worth the squeeze, because of scarcity mentality. And thats ok. But for men who have done that, the value of pussy, tends to depreciate the more you have it, abundance mentality.

Relationships with women are not mgtow, im not saying they are bad or wrong always, its just not mgtow. Sex with women, pump and dump, is mgtow still.

Maybe the distinction is romantic relationships, or comitted relationships with women.

It is undeniable that we men were designed to protective and we deviate from our goals the more we dedicate to women. A romantic relationship with a woman, is destined to weaken a man, to make him vunerable. And this was ok maybe in some other times, but right now, it is a recipe for disaster because you will get cucked.

Therefore, i would say, all romantic relationships with women are negative, and bad for your physical and mental health, the longer you stay with a woman, the worse it is for you, because you were designed to produce certain chemicals that even lower your t levels the longer you stay with her.

And we are talking about it in general terms, because most men, will get oneitis and get completely fucked over, and they dont even have mgtow knowledge.

For the experienced mgtow, they can enjoy short term relationships with women, because the relationship is usually over before it even starts.

Today and never. It was always a coping mechanism for weak men and society as a whole. Women were never happy in marriage, and men were never happy in marriage.

Men are happy with freedom and simplicity. Men are unhappy with addiction, needs, codependency, even if they dont realize it, because they are too ingrained in it. Men are happy with stoicism, and some pain. Men are also pack beings, they like to help other men and the tribe, even if they dont realize it, we were hunters. This energy that can create rebellious armies or develop new ideas and inventions, has been redirected for centuries to marriage and fatherhood. Fatherhood is a joke, when you did not evolved to know the kids were yours, and there were no paternity tests. Go ask any tribal man about fatherhood and marriage he will laugh in your face. What counts for them is the tribe, and they are free to go anywhere, or at least they used to be.

The problem is that distinction. "Nice Women" believe firmly they are better, and behave so, until nature proves them the contrary. That issue was solved for me the moment i stopped making a distinction between nice women and thots. They are all females, with the same female nature, and im a man with male nature. 1) Yes you are right, it depends on your age and level of experience, if you have had many relationships in the past and are completely sick of it and want to go completely monk then I can understand, it makes sense. Also, a man who has not had those experiences can also go monk if it is what he truly desires. I deleted my previous 2 comments. I think you were right all along. I have finally regained control of my senses. I am not sure why but yesterday and 2 days before that I was feeling much more needy than usual, normally I am a MGTOW naturally, I never feel the need to have a woman in my life and that is because I am a natural introvert so people drain my energy so I enjoy my solitude whenever I have it. And there is also something that I never mentioned, I have ADHD but without hyperactivity and normally I was feeling fine in the past, but then I started taking a high dose of ritalin (20mg) 2 times per day, my parents thought that it would help me focus more when studying for college so when I ended up taking it at first I had just gotten back into listening to MGTOW stuff so I was going crazy with it and had memorized everything, but then just recently, I stopped taking it regularly and started again a day after and I just lost that sense of satisfaction that I had before, I began to feel more lonely than usual and more controlled by my emotions.

As for my testosterone levels, they are more than fine, I have sometimes gone on fapping marathons because of my high sex drive even, and I have all the signs of healthy testosterone levels so there is nothing wrong down there if you know what I mean.

I really think this is due to the medication I started taking to treat my ADHD, it must be messing with my emotions and turning me into a needy cuck who craves female attention because I didn't take it today and I feel great, I feel very calm and energetic. I think it's also due to my diet because for the past few days, I have been very lazy and probably had a lot of vitamin and mineral deficiencies because I felt tired all the time but now I no longer feel that way.

So basically, I think that what I have been feeling in the past few days must be due to a combination of taking a mind altering medication, having a bad diet, having no friends to hang out with, and also being very lazy and having accomplished nothing in my life.

Because there is also something else I forgot to mention, I am a NEET and I have been one ever since graduating from high school, though I did study for a few semesters but I was never really focused so basically it doesn't even count. And I think that my lack of success in life caused by my extreme laziness which is also somewhat caused by my ADHD must be the reason why sometimes I am confused about my life and get controlled by emotions, and it may also be the medication that is to blame. I remember back when I was on a MGTOW discord server, I talked to some guys about it and they said it was a terrible idea, that it would mess with my mind, I told them I would be fine, and now I guess they were right because it did exactly that, I had no idea it could control my thoughts and make me go back to the blue pill.

Now that I have realized this, I will just stop taking it and I'll probably be fine as long as I keep a healthy lifestyle, I remember that I started taking the medication because I felt tired all the time, and this must be due to the terrible diet that I had before where I wasn't even eating enough calories and the food that I did eat didn't have the vitamins and minerals that I needed.

So yeah, you are right about everything you said, if I were to meet a woman now, I would only use her for sex and never get in a relationship with her, I feel happy and satisfied when I am by myself, and I am glad to have discovered what the problem was so that I can finally gain back control every day and never have these pathetic thoughts ever again. I think what would help me a lot also is if I could find some friends, if I could manage to do that, then I would never have times where I feel lonely ever again.

Thats ok brother. Go easy on yourself. This stuff is very confusing. You are brave for being able to selfanalyze. I doubt you have adhd, because they are saying we all have adhd. You are just a young man, seemingly with high T and high libido, and high energy (that should be put into your success, gym, etc (not into being a cuck), perhaps addicted to fapping, perhaps addicted to sugar, hence why you have highs and lows, and this will mess up with your hormones, mood, etc... Most of your advice is good except for the diet part and nofap. I have been around the manosphere since 2017, and I have seen this crap everywhere, I don't know why but all of you are severely misinformed, how can meat be more healthy than fruits and vegetables? They are not. Fruits and vegetables are essential to life, it has always been when I wasn't eating enough of those that I got very weak and felt tired all the time, the best diet is a high carb low fat vegan diet, and if you are doing bodybuilding you will only need 0.8g of protein per pound of bodyweight which can be gotten on a vegan diet thanks to complete proteins like lentils and quinoa. Also, you may be opposed to what I am currently saying but I am not in it for the ethical side mainly, I see it only as an added benefit, I do this for health and for longevity, because the more animal products you eat, the more cholesterol you consume and the more at risk you will be for different types of cancer, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease. Sure, some vegans are very unhealthy and have cholesterol levels that are as bad as some omnivores and that is because meat is not the only problem, you also need to be eating a healthy balanced diet, because animal products raise LDL cholesterol and lower HDL cholesterol, while many different types of fruits and vegetables actually do the opposite of what animal products do. And I am not talking out of my ass, I know this from scientific data, a vegan diet is scientifically proven to be the most healthy way to live. Now you can say you don't care about health or a longer lifespan and that is your choice, but it is undeniable that healthy vegans live longer than omnivores and much much longer than carnivores. A carnivore diet is the worst thing that you can do for your health, by recommending this you are basically recommending people to ruin their health and get heart disease.

As for fish, it is not unhealthy but I just don't eat it anyways, if I ever got access to good sushi, I would make an exception but I won't just eat any type of fish. There are many big advantages to veganism including the fact that I no longer have any inflammation because animal products cause a lot of inflammation and I don't eat any anymore, so my health is much better. I also have more energy and feel more full after each meal because I eat a lot of fiber. Also, butter and beef are not healthy fats, oils are not either, the best healthy fat that you can find is avocados because they are a fruit and are not processed and come directly from nature, I recently stopped consuming olive oil and now eat an avocado a day, it is much better this way and it tastes better too.

If I am bodybuilding, I can end up eating as much as 100 or 110g of fiber a day, and although it is a very harsh transition especially if you are used to only eating 20g of fiber a day, your body eventually gets used to it, you go to the bathroom more often and your digestion is much better after that. I remember when I used to eat large amounts of chicken that I would get constipated a lot and I would feel weak from not eating enough fruits and vegetables. Now, I eat a lot of lentils and quinoa to get enough protein, enough of all the essential amino acids, and I also get all my magnesium and zinc for the day which those 2 foods. If I eat a good portion of raw kale, I also get all my vitamin A and all my vitamin C, often times even double or triple the intake. As for the rest of my diet, I eat a lot of bananas, some dates, and also a lot of pasta every day. When i am bodybuilding, I try to aim for 3000 calories a day, and then when that no longer works, I jump to 3200 calories a day. As I get bigger and bigger, my calorie intake will rise if I want to keep making gains effectively, and at one point I will be at 4000 calories when I become very muscular in a few years. My goal is to reach 210 pounds at 15% body fat in 3 to 4 years and then cut down to 12% body fat to reveal all the definition and have an even more chiseled face. My genetics are so good that my face has the potential to have cheeks that are as hollow as Ezra Miller, it is very aesthetic, I have what the incels would describe as Chad genetics (not trying to brag though), but because my starting point is a skinny body, it is not that noticeable except for my face because I am around 15-17% body fat but I don't have a fat face like most guys, I have the look that most guys have when they are lean, yet I am not lean.

Bipolarity is almost a symptom, or a syndrome. You should ask yourself why. Why are you having that. Why since we started eating more vegetables and fruits people have gotten more and more sick. The question is, have you tried keto. Have you tried carnivore? I would not make assumptions without experience.
