Awalt doesn't means 24/7, it means the legal, social, and biological aspects come into play as they occur.

Women will be women, regardless of their profession and environment. OP, perhaps what you are getting at is that the environmental circumstances in medical/nursing careers place some restrictions on these women from being as overt cheating or whoring scum which a lot of women (usually young) that frolic in social scenes such as clubs, parties, working in bars or gyms, college girls, etc. tend to be (fact of life). This may be true. But also consider, a sizable demographic of women who work in these careers (esp. the higher up in career they are such as RN, RT, PA, MD) will either be one or more of the following:

Married or Engaged.
Post-Wall or Old.
Unattractive.
Single mother or divorced.

That being said, if you wish to target women who are likely to be younger for prospective dates or maybe a fuck if you get lucky, you are likely to meet chicks that might have an on/off relationship with a BF or two if she's working full-time, compared to a college THOT that only works a part-time job at the local nightclub as a bartender who gets a dozen numbers from drunk guys in a single night and she sleeps around using guys for their ability to foot her bills.

My mom is a nurse, she used her profession to "hide" narcissistic personality disorder. Getting some dirt on you one time doesn't mean you'll tolerate less than hospital sterile cleanliness out of your loved ones and children. Working long stressful hours doesn't help any relationship.

I've worked in an E.R. for almost five years. As much as you may want to believe it, Medical Professional Women are AWALT. I've had a few runs with Nurses, Clerks, one Resident, and a few Imaging women. They've all been five to ten years younger than me, and all have ended about as well as you'd expect. Hence why I'm glad I discovered MGTOW just recently.

Across the Western world medical professionals are some of the most desired partners simply for their save jobs and in many cases decent pay, they know that and act accordingly. Female doctors are as high maintenance as you can get. They make decent money and expect the same from their prospective partners, no matter what age they are. Not one I know has a partner whose standing is below her own.

The ones I've met aren't any better or worse than any other women. Nurses mostly work in an all female environment that comes with all the negatives of competetiveness and bitchyness. Don't expect them to leave tha behind outside work.

Chicks in the medical field are some of the most disloyal, and sluttiest I have come across. At least where I'm at. They will tell you they want to help people, but they are looking to land a doctor and be set for life. And the LOVE those EMT guys.

Generally speaking, women who actually worked hard to get where they are tend to be the closest to NAWALT. They know the hard work and sweat it takes to earn one dollar, and thus tend to be more responsible. It's hard finding people like that in this age.
