This is awful advice. You can't "complete them."

What they want is for you NOT to fix their problems. They want to fix their own problems, they don't want your solutions, or "mansplaining."

They want you to make fun of them and be mean to them over their short comings so that they can feel bad about them and still not take any responsibility over themselves. That is what attracts a woman, and is a destructive behaviour in itself.

You can't be constructive in a relationship with a woman. She doesn't want to get better, she wants to remain shit. Threats to their livelihood and withholding unconditional love and commitment because of their actions are the only way to keep a woman. "Romantic Love" with a female is a complete lie and can only exist between men. Romance has nothing to do with sex, you can love your brothers and support their lives, care about them and their dreams without being gay and sucking their cock. You can also chase away females by offering them the same.
