Perhaps this will help vicariously.

So I’m one of those, three years post divorce, recovering, in my 40s.

I did not get divorce raped fortunately, my 10 year relationship/marriage were built on a foundation of bullshit. I wasted over a quarter of my life, was fiscally used/abused, and now understand hypergamy, female behavior, and personality disorders. I was manipulated and gaslighted to no end. Minimal freedom to associate with friends and family. Jealousy would ensue even if I contacted male members of the family, let alone female. I was trapped, a slave, and had no idea of what was up from down. Better yet, my career was skyrocketing, and stress levels rising. Ended up suicidal before she discarded me. 90lbs overweight, miserable, numb. I blamed the job... it wasn’t.

The most insidious part... I was so confused and didn’t know that it was her, even defended her.

So the kicker... dated during and after the divorce, even after learning about narcissism, shit tests, and disordered behaviors. AWALT is a real thing, just a spectrum of severity. They all try to get their fingers in your brain.

This can happen to you.

Want to shake that blue pill feeling, go blue pill and get fucked over. Get Metoo’d. Watch your bank account go dry, even with massive bonuses and raises.

This seems excessive but it was REAL for me.

Understand and internalise female nature. When you internalise it, it becomes a part of your thinking process. Allow me to give you an example.

When you see a beautiful woman with her soft flowing hair and lovely features, you automatically imagine her to be sweet, tender, gentle, and warm, with a heart of gold. You project everything you've ever believed about women (e.g. sugar, spice, and everything nice) onto this woman. You imagine what it would be like to get to know her and what's in her heart. All that warm stuff. Hell, you even imagine what being affectionate with her might be like.

This is where red pill knowledge comes in. Imagine three things, namely:

(1) Her laziness i.e. never being able to have any type of intellectual or even up-building conversation because all she knows is her little social circles, instagram, and duck face thot selifes. Even if she is more intellectual than most, if you ever try to reason with her, all you get is emotional garbage spewing out of her mouth, all because of her lack of self-control and self-discipline.

(2) Her narcissism i.e. you bring everything to the table i.e. time, money, attention, affection, and she brings nothing except her looks. At the same time she expects you to bring everything because she's so pretty and every guy wants her.

(3) Her hypergamy i.e. going for the bigger better deal every-time. When all is said and done, and you've put your heart and soul into the relationship, she'll drop you for a guy who she thinks is better than you (i.e. more money, looks, social status, whatever). Maybe she'll stay with him, or she'll regret her decision and come running back after she realises she can't do any better. Don't think it can't happen. Even the most alpha of alpha males can't hold on to their women e.g. Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, and Channing Tatum.

Simply put you have two choices, either (a) become a slave to your animalistic instincts and just go for the pretty girl regardless, or (b) learn to see the world the way it truly is, and make decisions based on reason and logic. Don't forget, animals like female chimps mate with whoever is the alpha AT THE TIME, and the males fight to the death for access to females. We are humans, not chimps, so we need to use more of the big head and not the little head.

Other than surfing this subreddit for some red-pills, I really don’t know how without fapping. I personally believe that fapping is awesome, not only because it feels good but because it gives you that post-nut clarity. We have no choice but to trick our bodies which is biologically programmed to propagate. If you can, can you list off the pros and cons of no gap, and how the negatives outweigh the positives. Because I literally genuinely can’t see that.
