NO credible reason to question the statement. No reason? No reason to question the very extreme, violent, movie-plot-esque statement of a child, about an act considered so horrendous, it will be used to put a guy away for half a century.

So, what if the dog had been run over or just died naturally somewhere, this guy would be doing 50 fucking years?! That's how flimsy the case was? That means they took her word for the whole case. And only because of her lie of him shooting the dog, did it unravel. Very very sad and terrible. We need legal reform cause this is some bullshit! If we're in too deep to reform, then we need to flip the god damn table over and start new!

The Associated Press is not naming her because it doesn't identify alleged victims of sexual abuse.

And because she was a minor when she testified I presume, she will face no punishment beyond probably raking some leaves.
