A few days ago someone made the statement that Fall or Autumn is "find a boyfriend" season. He got criticized by the simplistic counter statement that was heavily upvoted in the comments that "Every month/season is find a boyfriend season!" This overly simplistic remark is only correct to those who can't even stop and think for 5 seconds about something.

I agreed with the original statement but it took me a few days to collect my thoughts. Now I've finally come up with some points that should make most skeptics realize that Fall really is "Find-a-boyfriend" season.

Simply put, lots of people fool around in the summer time. People who are on the fence about their partners usually break up right before summer because they know there's a window to meet people who are on vacation, out of school, or simply outside more. There are much more social events in the summer and therefore much more single people which are much more easier to meet.

People are playing the field. People are hooking up every weekend, mingling, going to different parties all summer long. EVENTUALLY, the alpha males and females will tend to zero in on their best find and start to gravitate towards stability towards the end of the summer season. It would make sense, since most of the meeting different people has been done and it's a lot of work so the energy is waning. Now it's September and the hottest couples are together.

But her friends? The 7 out of tens, the beta females are still single. No alpha male has settled for them, and they haven't achieved anything. They're going to have to get SOMETHING, ANYTHING to try and save grace, or else their value in the social group will be downgraded. They will have no one to take them out on dates, to buy them things, to make them feel wanted. Worst case, they will be single for the holiday season, a time when nobody wants to be single.

So it's time for a slight adjustment. Women will be more open, more flirtatious, more adventurous and bold to get that boyfriend. To fail in that would be very bad. So they are stepping up their game and yes, that means it is "find-a-boyfriend" season. No, you are not more attractive, your value has simply gone up because of a shift in perception. Of course that will make you feel like a casanova, and you'll fall for the trap if you're not mgtow. So if you are mgtow, be aware of what's going on. This is not true love on the horizon, this is a female on the hunt to save her social value in her group.

Let's try and have more intelligent debates in the future, I don't think I can find the thread anymore but the guy was right. Let's discuss things more than simply shouting, "Nope! Wrong!" Have a good Sunday everyone
