Sleep cycle is important gents. Back in my bp days i had a relationship where the woman would force me to stay up all night til 4am just to talk bout her depression, family issues, how people atagonized her, that she was a victim.

Fast foward 8 months later she pulled a branch swing for a chad. All the stories that she used to keep me up turned out to be tales generated from the hamster wheels. She was a terrible human being that craved attention and validation.

I was left with a bad sleeping habit that later on led to insomia, real depression, major weight loss, and other health problems. Bitches aint shit man.

At 5am a secret society of men exists. We don't watch TV or Movies. We eat dinner, read and go to sleep by 9pm. We wake up by 5am to start our day and get so much more accomplished, think better, healthier after a good night sleep.

Women pretend to care...until they need something. Their "caring" is never genuine.

I dated a girl years ago, who I was a major simp for. Always answering texts and being there for her. I cut that off years ago, and a couple months ago she reached out to me, to try to get me to be that person again....she got a nice surprise...

I was taking the occasional dose of red pill here or there by accident, unaware, but after her, I went and bought a bottle of red pills and down'd the whole bottle.

Well played! Believe me when I say anytime a woman bothered me late at night, especially if I was headed to sleep or was trying to finish some work on my side hustle before bed I ALWAYS regretted wasting my time on her.

It will drag on and on and on just so they can get some attention. Little or no respect for your sleep or priorities.
