It's only called child support for marketing. It's mom support plain and simple. Thousands of single women pay to inseminate themselves each year. Women have "baby fever". Paying women to keep kids both her and her ex wanted is like paying men to have sex with attractive women.

no. you should get nothing. you could have used various forms of birth control, you could have used plan B for several days after the sex, you could have had an abortion. Child support should not exist either. Don't talk to me about responsibility; the vast majority of child support payers are either gated from their children or never wanted them in the first place. The responsibility of a child lies squarely on the woman, especially nowadays with a dozen forms of birth control, they can only have a kid if they choose to. Men on the other hand cannot choose.
