I understand that if you are blackout drunk and cant say no then that rape but to use alcohol as an excuse that you couldn't consent is ridiculous especially when you are told to drink responsibility and you have to be a responsible adult to drink. The special little snowflakes got away with this far to long its time to grow up! its like a drunk driver saying he couldn't think clearly about getting behind the wheel because he was drunk and not thinking straight. Alcohol has nothing to do if a guy grabs your ass without you wanting him to anyways.
