At my work there is a lady I avoid entirely-- I don't greet her, speak to her, look at her, anything. And it's because one time I made a joke in front of that lady and my boss (a woman) jokingly said, "Uh-Oh, you're gonna have to give him some Sensitivity Training!" And they laughed it off but it let me know that that lady is the lady who has to give Sensitivity Training to the Electricians if needbe (I am a paper pusher at a Electrical place).

I got to thinking today-- because I saw and avoided that lady again-- 'Why do I have such a problem with her?'

And I think it's because I find the concept of Sensitivity Training to be demeaning and sexist. To me, it's basically telling the masculine to bend the knee to the feminine. HR is not for Ted to go complain when Jessica says something inappropriate and made Ted feel uncomfortable. It is trying to force men to be more sensitive to kowtow to women. But it's women who have the problem in the first place, I would say if the woman complains to HR she should have to get training to be less sensitive. I mean, just talking about verbal interactions, that can be solved by just shrugging it off-- and you have to go to HR and potentially get someone fired because you overheard a man say something that violated your female mindset?

Blatant sexual harassment and physical stuff is not what i'm putting in focus here, I don't condone that but i'm talking pretty much just verbal stuff. I've seen quite a few posts on MGTOW about men getting reported for things they didn't even say to a woman but within ear-shot of a woman, or even one story about what a woman heard a man tell another man through a wall she was listening through. So anyway, that's what got me thinking today about sensitivity training and why it offends me so much; they would rather try to bend and alter male nature rather than trying to help women get thicker skin.
