- As it stands now its only going to get worse. More and more men will become MGTOW or live the lifestyle.

-Women are way too dangerous right now, so men look for substitutes like sex dolls,VR,..(or sexual replacement strategies, short SRS)

- I know most men find the substitutes to be uncanny or insufficient, but from a pure cost benefit analysis they beat an actual LTR with a modern women every time. And the laws will keep getting worse, while the substitutes will keep getting better. Even the average Joe will at one point will realise that the robot is a much better deal. More and more men will not view them as substitutes, but full on replacements.

- This will kill intergender relationships.

-The artificial womb is pure sci-fi right now, probably won't be functional until I am an old fart. Even with a prototype, why would you risk your offspring get potential genetic defects due to imperfect machinery? You probably wouldn't take that risk, you stay with the true and tested way of breeding. Therefore you still need women to breed.

-Which leads me to my main point. A mass surrogacy program.

- If gender relations are doomed, short of banning any SRS and miraculously enforcing them, you need to make sure the babies keep popping out. Now I know there are cultures with high fertility rates, but even for the men of these cultures the SRS will be a much better option during the future, regardless of their religious, cultural or societal structures .The average men from high fertility cultures is not a zealot, and you just need to show him the replacement once (for the sake of argument, picture an advanced VR setup), and he will seriously question why he seeks imperfect females to satisfy him.

- Couple that with the HUGE economic incentives to push that tech out, as its essentially a drug everyone is hardwired to be addicted to, you grind fertility rates to a halt

- This surrogacy programm would be the most humane way of preventing essentially human extinction through SRS in my opinion

TL;DR : Sexual replacement strategies like sex robots and VR will inevitably lead to mass surrogacy programs to prevent destruction of fertility rates (aka. human extinction)
