well a quick google search shows he may have ties to iowa. He may also have a relative named Steve Myrtue who I think I found on facebook. have you sent that guy a message? maybe start there...I can see a slight resemblance between the guy in your pic and this steve myrtle dude. Maybe they're brothers or something
