Do it without a second thought. It's utter trash, and removed your ability to have internal validation. That's what MGTOW is all about -- internal validation. Facebook ensures you can only get by on external validation, which leads to depression because it's not real validation.

You're only tied to it as an excuse. Plenty of bands don't have facebooks. If you need a facebook account to contact events, create an account juts for that and don't use it for other reasons. Obviously you're using it for other reasons.

I havent had facebook in 4 years. I was anxious at first thinking i was missing out in something. But now i have soo much time and im calm and relxed. No more thinking my life isnt as good as other peoples. Im chilling.

first I unfriended everybody and unliked everything except family. then facebook started hitting me with phony notifications, blowing up my phone so they could get their precious clicks. so I deleted the account. now if my phone goes off, it's because someone is trying to communicate with me.

I deleted Facebook and Twitter. I kept Instagram and snap because I still get messages on them. Those two apps are just pictures and videos anyway. On Facebook, I had to deal with constant sjw and feminist posts. And white knights. Disgusting

Deleted mine about 7 years ago after I hooked up with an ex-gf that fucked me up mentally when I was about 20. Only to date her. Fall for her madly and have her pull the same shit to rip my heart out again. Yup nothing good will come from this site I see. Was an easy decision. Now any toxic past has no way of reaching me Or I them. The people that actually. And remember this actually matter have my phone number and can reach me.

I opened a new account about 2 years and only have around 50 "friends" there are only about 10 people that I really care about. Contact a few of your friends that you have not talked to in a while. Half of them probably wont respond. The ones that do, ask for there phone number.

There is no way people with 1000+ friends can keep up with you.

Chuck FB To The Curb. It used to be a format to engage with old friends and family . Now its a feeding frenzy place for middle aged women and attention whores to post brain dead memes, obnoxious bullshit, and yammer on about they're daily chores or eating habits.

Removed that tumor awhile ago and haven't missed it.
