Sick of all these rich people thinking they can buy respect, entitlement, success, etc with money/status/looks/etc.

Your have to earn people's respect on an individual basis like everyone else.

It is why everybody knows bill gates, but doesn't know the current top dog at Microsoft.

Fact is, women don't age well. Call it the Wall, call it whatever you want, but it's a fact. If we're gonna adopt a 100%, no-Photoshop policy, then the attractiveness of celebrity women in adverts is going to go off a cliff after most of them are 30 or so (slightly later for black/Asian, but Western beauty standards are still fairly white so those groups will still be a little limited in options anyway).

Given that we only bother to use celebrities to advertize because people want to fuck them, then abolishing photoshop is going to curtail their careers even faster.

So, sure. If that's what they want - fade into irrelevance and obscurity even faster. Fine with me.
