Here in NZ, holding a phone while driving is illegal. Yet if that dude didn't record the video, I would absolutely expect any court of law to take her word over his.

The idea that I have to record video to protect myself from baseless accusations is just... awful. Yet we're the oppressors, and we apparently deserve no due process or fair trial.
