We need to return to a more natural way of living for men. The warrior monk societies seems like a good model, worked for the ancients..until modernization and culture collapse killed them. In these cultures men always lived separately from women, male children left their mothers house once puberty started to train or apprentice under a mentor, females adolescents were married but were actually the ones to own the family home and manage the household resources, since they lived there full time and the men would visit from time to time to check on her, the children and the house.

Maybe that's why we're so screwed now. Because men and women aren't meant to live together like we do now. I'm sure there's a developmental period, a window when a adolescent girl and a man are supposed to nest together and lay down the foundations for the household. But this period is probably like a year or so, and then I think men should return to their separate fortresses and visit when it makes sense for them to.

Not sure how a return to this way of living would even be possible now. Maybe we could come up with some sort of deal with women to just trade sperm for sons. They get to raise children and be free, and the men would get male heirs when they come of age.

I don't know but something has to change. Or all of us face extinction, and despite this current blip we're going through in history I'm proud of the human race and would like to see it continue.
