So I was falsely accused of workplace intimidation at my cushy government job by a female coworker. I was given a formal warning which was literally step 1 in them firing me. I fought them for weeks and got the warning removed.

Through a series of events I acquired all of the documentation surrounding my warning. Here are the facts:

  1. I was accused on Monday. I filed my own complaint the same day.
  2. On Tuesday they interviewed the other two witnesses. Each witness contradicted a separate part of my accusers story. Her entire claim was refuted by two separate eye witnesses.
  3. In the following days management refused not once, but twice to remove my warning, even though they knew for a fact it was based on lies.
  4. The only reason they relented was government attorneys told them it is illegal.
  5. I quit less than a month after it all started because I feared retaliation.

Edit: just to be clear I am writing this so people at least in the USA understand just how bad things are for males in the professional world. This was entirely a gender discrimination situation. Had it been two females it would have been a slap on the wrist. But since it was a woman accusing a man, gynocentricity kicks in immediately.
