I am as hardcore as a Patriots fan as it gets, and even I don't think there is any chance he is innocent. The list of evidence present is pretty damning. The police have video footage, text messages, and cell phone traces putting him at the murder scene with a gun. The only thing that is missing is the smoking gun, which is likely the one that Hernandez tweeted here: http://i.imgur.com/MfjGYqD.jpg (yes, he is dumb enough to tweet that).
