I think every man has a child support story I have many of them in my state you have to wait 6 months for any changes in child support my first wife used to haul me into court every 6 months claiming I was in arrears one time she pulled out a bill for aspirin and claimed I hadn't paid the Children's medical expenses. Even the feminist female judge didn't believe that one. I got sick and tired of this so I just started rounding up my child support check it was $565 a month I would just send in a check for 600 every time she claims Iota medical expense or something I just sent it in to child support so there was a record. This goes on for about 2 years and then I'm being held in contempt for non-payment of Child Support again. My attorney subpoena the records it shows that I have an $1,800 credit. Of course she cost me $1,000 every time we have to have a child support hearing. While we were waiting in the hallway for our court time my ex-wife comes up to us and starts blabbering some stupidity I was just like leave me alone my attorney says let me go into the child support office on-site in the courthouse so my attorney walks down the hall and starts asking some questions and all the way down the hall you could hear the clerk going what why is this man here he doesn't owe any child support he has a credit. While we were having the hearing my exwife was belligerent. The judge told her 3 times to shut up and told her attorney to her up or should be charged with contempt mind you if a man even loses his poker face and doesn't say a word in court you're looking at jail time for contempt the judge ordered me not to pay any more money until the $1,800 in credit was used so I didn't have to pay child support for 3 and 1/2 months I was also ordered never to overpay again which is ridiculous because you should be allowed to have a credit so if you break your arm or get the flu or miss a paycheck for whatever reason you don't get immediately thrown in jail. When my daughter turns 18 I was supposed to pay until she graduated high school. I did not realize that they were not taking the child support out of my check anymore when she turned 18 because of this damn direct deposit can't you just mail me a paycheck anymore or a statement. So I had given my daughter $800 for college which is coincidentally the same amount they were claiming I was in arrears so I'm going down to child support office and they have this disgustingly obese fat feminist bitch who hates men as the clerk. I tell her that I had just given my daughter $800 my 18 year old daughter $800 and that's the amount owed this bitch Clerk starts claiming that it was a gift. I stated that my daughter was 18 years old and adult now and the child support was for her support so I was giving the money to my 18 year old daughter. Child support is not the property of the child it is the property of the mother if a man does not pay the child support he will go to jail for refusing to support his child if the mother spend every dime on herself and feeds the child bread and water it is her perfect right because legally the money belongs to her the whole child support system along with everything else is completely Reedley diculous. I could tell so many stories the time I had to take a day off from work and go in cuz as usual they were claiming I was in a Rears I go in it's taken out of my paycheck how can I be in arrears well the explanation was some months have four weeks in them and some months have 5 weeks in them and if you have two months with four weeks in them in a row then you will be in arrears for $170 I was hauled into court and had to take a day off from work without pay because of this insane system. I also believe this gentleman is going to jail because he's going to have a really nice lawsuit. The judge was a complete idiot and should be disbarred because judges do not have to enforce the law. My second wife committed adultery the law and my state is one year in jail for committing adultery they choose not to enforce that law. A man goes to jail because his employer AT&T with Deep Pockets committed Financial negligence. If you look at your pay stub and you see the child support has been taken out there is no reason to assume that you would think that the state didn't get their money for the bitch.
