Slip some acid or shrooms into his food or drink and tripsit him while he realizes what a gift life is. JUST KIDDING.. without knowing more about the situation talk therapy is going to be my best suggestion. If he's not down with that, just be there for him as much as possible, if you have shared hobbies or interests plan a day where you both can just have fun and not worry about bitches. Get tickets to a sports game or concert. Just showing you care and expressing you are there for him to get through this "withdrawal" period is important. Love is like a drug and the depression that comes from quitting that drug is real. You are a great friend for wanting to help him OP

need to put the bad drama in the rearview and get the good vibes flowing again. medicinal mj can help with getting over ptsd and good music can help put things in perspective. gotta remind him of all of the good experiences still available in life.
