You stole her property. You're the one trying to turn around your own bad behavior. She can spend her money however she wants and it is her own business. If she wants you out over the eggs - she really wants you out for other reasons. You should leave as soon as you can.

So how about you apologize and buy her three new eggs, because really you are the one in the wrong here.

Depending on where you live you can get assistance if you can't afford a place, and those people can help you get a paying job too. Not to mention this is the Internet. The magical place where with some ambition you can make money in your underwear. There are so many ways to make money online.

If I got pissed like this for every tme someone stole 40 cents from me, I would have beaten to death a lot of fucking people.

yeah, those places aren't as accessible as all that. They aren't open now and they aren't in a place that's easy to get to.

As for making money on the internet in my underwear. Care to prove it? Because so far, I haven't been able to in sufficient quantities to be useful.

Stop making excuses. You still stole from her. You most likely broke the law. If you think she's being petty then you need a reality check (maybe she is being petty, but that doesn't change that what you did is still legally unacceptable - taking something other people treat as trash is still illegal), and if people are "stealing" 40 cents from you routinely then I don't know what's wrong with you. No one steals from me.

It's good that you replaced the eggs and apologized, but if she still wants you out you need to get out.

If you don't understand that it's possible with all of the evidence around you then I can't help you. I could tell you how much money I make online purely from digital transactions, I could show you screenshots of daily revenue, and with that kind of mindset you wouldn't believe me.

  • wordpress templates (replace wordpress with any popular site such as tumblr)
  • website themes (selling on places like themeforest or wrapboostrap)
  • site code +psd/html source
  • ebook reports on a market, fiction, or non-fiction of anything people want more information of
  • articles on a site + ads + upsell to an ebook, a premium newsletter, or subscription site
  • data entry work, web dev work, mobile dev work on freelance sites such as elance
  • make complete site and sell them on flippa
  • act as a teacher and train people for money on skype with screen sharing in the skills you know
  • do remote tech support with the same setup + optimize computers, remove malware, install useful software
  • make any kind of good product people want and sell it for money
  • plus more use your head!

Pick one and do it. When you're doing do it again. And again. Look at what other people in the niche you want to work in are doing and do your thing better. Increase your prices over time. It takes work and guts but it is possible.

No, I do not think I could do it. Even if I have the skills or knowledge - which is becoming abundantly clear I do not - a million other people are doing it, so I doubt I could stand out sufficiently to get a economically justifiable base.

Did you miss the part where she tossed 6 eggs because "they were bad?"

They weren't. Not even a little.

I don't have a terrible attitude, I'm in a bad spot.

And getting one's shit together doesn't magically happen overnight. I have been on 6 intervoews in the past week. I have applied at dozens of places. I'm not idle, I am hungry.

I don't have a car, I don't have money for the bus, I don't have a job. I bike everywhere on a slow ass mountain bike that I was able to get when I had some cash. Some of these interviews are hours away, and I go.

So check your fucking self before you assume that I have an entitlement problem.
