At my job, my female supervisor (just my luck right?) and another coworker were talking about Christmas. She talks about how wonderful of a father her long term boyfriend is to their child (and we're taking her word on this that it's the boyfriend's child). The very next sentence she's talking about the wonderful gifts her "side nigga" got for her compared to what her husband got her and laments he doesn't spend more time with her. First of all how this broad has not one but two dudes while looking how she does is proof alone most men are BP. Secondly, seeing the total disconnect in her mind was like being Steve Irwin in the wild. Nature truly does some astonishing things. She couldn't fathom that her husband would've spent more money and effort on their (again we take her word on this) child because...it's a child. She couldn't comprehend that her "side nigga" only uses her for easy sex. And of course the other co-worker who was a female didn't notice it either.

The second conversation that had me going nuts was that this coworker who was astonished that his child is growing so fast. He is short at 5'6. His wife is even shorter according to photos. However this 10 year old child of theirs is nearly 90% of the way to being as tall as her "dad." Recessive genes? Possibly. Chad's baby? More likely. Worse still the child is everything for the mom in the face so you couldn't even tell automatically it wasn't his child. The sad part is he kept going on and on about how tall the child is getting without considering that it might not be his. Kept mentioning how awesome Christmas was with his wife who he is amazing.

My work place is a cesspool of degenerates.
