Years ago, there was this punk ass high school kid at the apartment complex I worked. I was warning him about girlfriends and told him that the reason his dad lives in a shitty apartment is becuase he met his mother.

He dismissed me as a loser who wishes he could have girlfriends like him.

Months later, he was out on the steps and while I was around the corner, I heard his sorry ass on the phone, "please baby, we can take care of the baby together"
