I’m 50. In my life I’ve not known a woman who does dishes? Was all that “woman in the kitchen” stuff just a myth? When I was married I was one doing the dishes. It was little shit like that that made me want to end my marriage. Well, tons of little things like that.

Bruh, I FEEL. My ex wanted to fucking call me. EVERY. FUCKING. NIGHT. Like an hour and a half - 2 hours x 300 days fucking wasted listening to her bullshit that ended up being lies and circus charades anyway. I feel like I have so much free time.

Mine left her dishes at the foot of the bed, on the floor next to the bed, on the dresser that had the tv on it. When I was first married I managed it all but the last few years being married I let that shit pile up everywhere until she cleaned it.

She was a solid 9/10 on the looks scale but such a worthless piece of shit. So glad I was able to get out. In fact i started my way out by calling her a lazy piece of shit and telling her to get a job.

Oh heck yes this. My home is so much more efficient and clean without a wife in it. I get to declutter, organize, and clean whatever I want whenever. Paying all the bills electronically rather than with paper checks saves me several hours per month. Ice trays and water pitchers get refilled. No more pet feces on the floor. No more shitty frozen/reheated food. And most significantly, no more worrying I won't be able to get a tank of gas or a haircut if the harpy emptied the joint account again.

Add to this the psychological cost and it's a no-brainer. No more manipulation, no more nagging, no more gaslighting, no more sleeping across the hall, no more deprivation, no more alienation from family/friends, no more fights being picked so she can feel powerful by forcing you to bow down.

None of it is worth it. The free samples of sex *always* turn into manipulation, power games, gaslighting, and whatever gets her maximum resource extraction. Never expose yourself to these attack vectors or even worse the ones from the state that can step in if you ever cohabitate or god forbid get married.
