Whenever you're bored I'd recommend you check out that subreddit (but don't post there) and try to see if you notice any kind of pattern. Doesn't it seem odd that most posts describe an "Nmom" or "Naunt"? Even when the posts say "Nparents" they're usually referring to both a narcissitic mother and a narcissistic father. Why do you think that is?

I'll tell you why: It is extremely common for women in our society to be complete narcissists. People don't even realize how many women are like this because it's typical female behavior. It's expected of them to be narcissistic to the point where their behavior isn't even acknowledged as being narcissistic.
