Jesus Christ. I attended UT with an intent to become a Professor of History there. The one sane Professor in the History department there who I was a TA for told me in private to get out of tertiary education as even at UT it was becoming a SJW shithole.

He mentioned getting in trouble with a coworker who was anti gun because she overheard a conversation he was having with one of his students who mentioned he was going to work in the gun industry when they were talking about future plans. Can you imagine that? Fucking overhearing shit was grounds for him getting in trouble. I'm glad I dodged a bullet back in 2012.
