I am of the mind if you and your spouse can procreate then you can have a child if you can conceive. If you cannot procreate naturally between you then you do not get to have children. Some may think that I am being harsh and narrow minded but if nature has crippled one of you then you take the hand dealt. I am also of the mind that people need to stop having children if they cannot raise them, i.e. giving them up for adoption, this does society and the children a dis-service.
