Just was wondering? I've been a welder for many years and different companies and never worked with a woman doing the same job as me. I dont understand how equal pay (this myth portrayed to feel like they are being decrementated against) will ever work if they can pick and choose not to do these jobs that require physical labor. Even in highschool I worked at a major department store unloading semis and the woman manager straight up said to us she would never hire a woman to do that physical of a job. Mabe some women can work a physical job like a large number of men then bitch about the pay!
Edit: spelling and grammar
