Remember something basic: The only 2 ways out of Blue Pilled Programming is to get raked over the coals and have it forced onto you, or to slowly build evidence over time and internalize it to the point that the Red outweighs the Blue. Don't bring it up, but don't just ghost him. Step back and watch him grow and offer help when he requests it. It might takes months, or years, but if he's a friend of yours, then be there for him. Having said that, you don't need to be his crutch, just a hand up.
