My Dad used to yell at me with, "What are you a girl! You can't do it! Do you want a dress?! Maybe we should put a dress on you!" Fast forward many years and at some point I must have told my wife about it because she asked me to open a jar for her and it was really stuck. She jokingly said that shit to me and it hit me like a bolt of lighting. I was instantly that 9 year old kid crying trying to start a flooded snowblower. I wasn't traumatized or anything it was just a really wierd sensation. We laughed, I still love my Dad, but I don't EVER say shit like that to my son.

Feminist drivel pretending dangers don't exist. Men don't have this luxury. We carved out what appears to be a safe place and it will only exist as long as we maintain and guard it. Women have never had this struggle and throughout time were grabbed as property by men when left alone/outcast by the men of the area. They have forgotten and are doing their damndest to make men forget this too. Men better wake up because men outside of the west still live it and are coming here seeing nothing but sheep.

It seems this movie actually tells men to be weak and act feminine.

It's great to be yourself. It is really not healthy and stressful to act all the time, hide your emotions, etc.

However to be yourself you must fist know yourself. You must be aware of your inner thought and surroundings. It won't be easy if you are driven and controlled by emotions. That is how wild animals behave. Man has rational mind and ability to control himself.

Morality is based on rationality and thought not on emotions. They won't really get better when they will be on insane ground between "man up" and "just cry if you had to". One implies really to act like savage and other to act like a pussy. Depending on which idea they will choose the other group will feel disdain.

In short it would be better if they would get accustomed with Theravada Buddhism or Stoicism and the practices of those, but I suppose it would not support the narrative and the goal of modern society.
