Wanting to see more women (and people of color and folks from all sorts of backgrounds, for that matter) in our daily lives and in the highest positions of our society isn’t all that revolutionary.

Yes but for that (some of) you will need to fill traditionally male lower status occupations as well. Are you willing to work outdoors/ be plumbers/construction workers/engineers etc. etc. No? Then stop whining about being excluded from positions filled by the top 0.1% of men.
