I feel used by girls but not in the same way beta men are used by girls. I feel like I get used just for sex.

I'm in the infantry in the military, 6'1 and have been lifting for the past 10 years. My interactions with girls seem like they're limited exclusively to sex. Even though I've been reading TRP for several years I still hold conservative values and eventually want to start a family one day.

Pook wrote about this same problem in that the more he self-improved the more women saw him solely as a sex object.

How do I navigate this problem?
