For women:

  1. Be really hot (genetics play a big role, but go to the gym some cardio legs idk, do your hair, apply some makeup, skincare, etc)

  2. Have a decent personality

For men:

  1. Work your ass off in high school to attend an ivy league institution or something close to that standard. Possibly also have to attend a prestigious graduate school for upward social mobility later in your career so work your ass off in undergrad as well. This = 8 years of hard work and determination.

  2. Become a bodybuilder. Eat insane amounts of food using a strict diet along with supplements, shakes, and the like (girls would face a strict diet in another sense). Push yourself to your limits and go through a lot of pain almost everyday at the gym. Lasts minimum 6 months but usually takes over a year (years for many)

  3. Work for one of the top firms in the world and have a stable and successful career. Best to apply during senior year of undergrad, so other than achieving those grades you have to prepare and get into a top firm before the year ends. Also if accepted, work hard at your job for years on end to move up the economic ladder.

  4. Be charming and have a sense of humor. If you lack these things they should be developed.

  5. Mostly depending on genetics, be at least 5 11 but 6 6 1 and above definitely puts you out there.

  6. Have a shit ton of money, we're talking 100,000 up so if college loans didn't kill you (if you had any), make more money somehow. Better off being a millionaire, might as well leave room for doubt. Somehow figure out how to be rich while pursuing everything mentioned above. If you're one of the lucky ones and didn't have college loans, they benefit from the hard work of your parents and possibly even further.

  7. Become good at picking up girls. Guys who have all of the above can't simply get every girl. They have to be good at pick up which involves a lot of rejection, trial and error, and hundreds and thousands of hours of practice.

  8. Be well connected, be social, have quite a few high quality friends. You can't be a little odd, but this quality likely goes hand in hand with some things mentioned above.

  9. Be daring, adventurous, and cunning. Involves risking your life, doing dangerous things, but this gets you out there.

We have to put in so much effort to date the best, while they don't. Although I do feel for those girls who aren't naturally pretty. At the same time if we can achieve all of that and meet amazing women, they expect us to settle with only one girl. And if we don't settle we're called assholes for using them for their body. We're called assholes for working hard at life and not reaping the benefits from our work. Attending prestigious institutions and getting into a great career while bodybuilding and developing your personality, social, and pick up skills while somehow trying to make hundreds of thousands of dollars and you call us assholes for not wanting to settle. Maybe none of us can attain all of that but doing some of the things already requires tremendous effort. I say reap the rewards from what you do accomplish and fk their perceptions of reality.
