"As a man" raises a big red flag for me. You say you have done all this research then you should know MGTOW is not so much about telling men what to do but encouraging men to do their own thing. It you had you would know. Something doesn't smell right about this post.

There is no board you jump onto. There is no set of guidelines or dogma we adhere to. MGTOW is men walking away from relationships from women simply for our own survival. If you want to hook up with women, go for it. Just be aware of the risk involved. And if you get fucked over, don't come back here posting about it.

The second half of your response seems to be... I dunno how to describe it.... A warning against hooking up, maybe? by all means, I'm not one to jump in the sack with any chick that bats her eyelashes or whatever, but I still like having sex, quite a lot. Are there guys that forego having sex with women altogether?

There are, MGTOW monks. I don't advocate for it, I think it's very unnatural. The probably with hookups are they are fraught with risk. Rape accusations, STD's, pregnancy (they said they were on bc), the time and money invested to even get there. These all are very unlikely but combined, and when weighed with the overall reward, it's really not worth it. A lot of guys buy sex dolls, a lot of guys just hire an escort once a month. Most of us have done the one-night stand thing for years and are just tired of it. If you're still young and haven't experienced it, might need to get it out of your system.
