Just focus on yourself and grow as a individual. You’ll surprise yourself how many people will listen once the improvements in your own life are to obvious to not notice. That’s if you want to effect others, which it sounds like you do. The better I get the more influence I have over others. Put it this way would you listen to someone who was always miserable or someone who has their shit together? Now with social media everyone lives through everyone else, so the changes have to be really apparent.

i've created a brand new post out of this OP, at the top of the mgtow subreddit. i wanted to make sure others would see the OP and my response as follows:

i found this post to be inspirational regarding something i've been mulling over, and witnessing a long time.

however, im more middle aged now and i don't have as many friendships with the younger men. there's been something averting me from them especially, even though i see this problem with the older men as well.

i can't call it one thing exactly. brainwashed isn't enough. castrated? doesn't do the trick either. there's just something wrong with them. this post by imPwP resonated with me because i see and hear about this WEIRD male behavior more and more as the years go by.

for one, i am tired of this behavior from other men. it's like they are secret agents for the enemy. they fundamentally misunderstand male agency, justice and generalized masculinity. if this "soft" attitude is confronted directly, i could expect things like shoulder shrugs, possibly female shaming tactics coming from the guys, bewilderment, i could see a lot of non-accountable responses if it was confronted directly.

But again, could i call this guys being "soft"? well, maybe in a way, but that wouldn't describe it completely. also, a man being "soft", is defined differently by different men.

In all, what imPWP described, to say that i'm tired of it would be an understatement. it's almost as though large chunks of the male population have fallen into this odd, leftist socio-cultural effeminate garbage.

i don't know exactly what else to say about it, but i know what he's talking about, and it freaks me out.

What do you guys think?
