I'm dealing with my first plate/friend with benefit (so I'm still new to this), and working on having other ones.

I'm trying to keep texts short if possible and make them limited to logistics solely. Even if there's something she wants to discuss, I'd rather have it in real life (like if she's legit going through some hard time or anything that requires an actual conversation).

What I noticed is that her hamster started spinning. Today we met to discuss logistics for our trip in 2 weeks and she hit me up on text saying she's excited and updating me about our bookings on airbnb and shit. Of course I responded with appropriate texts, but she wants to discuss the whole thing online and I'd rather have it in real life. More direct. So I was like, "Look, let's discuss it tomorrow, be in x place at y time after I finish with my z thing.

She agreed and then she went like,"Oh, you looked tired today. And if you're busy, we can cancel it any time, you know? It can wait. I don't want to stand in your way" and such bullshit. Like we already discussed us meeting but she said that for some reason (which I should assume is her hamster spinning?)

I responded with, "Yeah, I'm a bit tired today, not enough sleep. But I have time tomorrow and we can meet for sure!"

How to deal with this kind of bullshit if it happens again?
