Dude, 3-4 days a week I wake up before work to hit the gym (5am). If I sleep in, I do Tai Chi before work instead. Tai Chi is amazing once you get past the beginning phase.

Meditation replaces the emotions and support I thought women provided. I was just projecting those things on thots. Now I use meditation to project it on myself.
