You want people here to give you a reason to keep going your own way? Then that wouldn't be "your own way" now would it.

If you want to go your own way or don't want to go your own way, that's your choice. You're not a child, you're an adult, you have choices to make in life.

So the real conundrum is trying to find evidence and tangible examples as to why long term relationships and marriage are a bad idea for men, and going your own way is the better option.

This can only come from your own research and experiences.

I personally haven't really been in many bad situations with women, the way it worked for me was that I looked around at the people and the world I lived in and noticed certain trends in society.

I noticed that there were a lot of men who were miserable with their lives because they were blindingly following the mantra of "you must pair off with a woman" etc, etc. I saw other men who fell into bad relationships because of their drive to procreate.

Plenty of my friends and people who I work with are in this particular situation. They love their children but hate their wives/partners and feel trapped.

My personal philosophy says that freedom is valued above all else, which is why, when I make decisions, I think about whether those decisions will allow me to keep the freedoms that I value so much, or will end up chaining me down.

Personally, if I did see any kind of rewarding aspect of pairing off with a woman and possibly having children with her, I would do so... but the way things are set up in contemporary society don't reward you for doing any of that.

It does the opposite. You are chained down and made to become a wage slave and looked down upon.

So, for me, no thanks, I'll pass.

What about you? You'll have to figure out where you stand on this whole issue yourself.

It's your choice. If your path leads you back to "the plantation" that's on you, for you to decide. Some here will judge you, some won't. I for one, don't give a fuck.

I would say make sure you have swallowed the red pill, and be frank and forthright with any potential partner about your expectations if you do dive in.... Don't simp. Be self reliant, maybe embrace tradcon relationship style.

Not all of us go monk mode. I myself have a few friends with benefits. It's not about living life alone, or purging women entirely from life. But minimizing their importance, and not letting yourself be put into a position where women can control you. Date. Just remember AWALT. All women are only looking out for themselves. They see you as a resource, not a man, not a person. And if you make a commitment, it's just going to be one more tool for her to use to manipulate you. Don't let yourself get attached, and if faced with an ultimatum, embrace it and leave her behind.
