I stand on the idea that it has been well known for a long time that judges rule often against common sense and in the U.S. in opposition to the constitution. Unless people get fed up enough to let their anger be more than crying in their beer nothing will ever change.

I do have sympathy for Kelsey unlike some of you. Just because he went back four times does not mean he deserved being stolen from. In fact, excusing this outright theft condones this behavior from the courts. I know many here think men shouldn't want rights, and i never got that part of Mgtow. I am all for having rights.

I think men should have the right to a divorce, just like the women have.

Instead, what men have is a situation where the woman can end the marriage and form a new household, but the man is obligated to maintain the former household in perpetuity, as if she was still living with him, even though she is not.

In short, men aren't allowed to get a divorce in the full sense. They are always, always going to have that woman in their lives, and there's no legal remedy to get her out of his life.

I think the funny part about the legal system is how hypocritical it is. We are taught in our society that women are independent beings that do not need a man; however, when it comes to divorce all the sudden she needs his money? It doesn't make any sense to me. It's all bullshit, feminist and the legal system know women need men but they shout and scream that women are independent. If they were independent then why in the fuck does this bitch need her ex husband's 401k years after the marriage is over? My speculation is deep down we know women cannot survive on their own and if we didn't give them a part of their ex spouses's money they would literally starve in the street if she was over 30 and hit the wall.

How do you account for gains/losses - perhaps it's just on the statement up until that point. Usually property division cannot be touched once divorce is finalized. I wonder if it was an agreement or maybe it was missed initially.
