A bit unrelated, but it reminded me of science.

Here the majority of students in bio, *chem, med, pharm* are women. The % of who graduates are even more shifted towards women. In academia there are like departments (the before mentioned type) where there is maybe just 1 guy or not even that, YET you can receive extra scolarship for "women in science".

I'm sure there was a time and place for that, but that is now over. Fuck judges here are now 80% female, science is getting there even faster, doctors same. In all it's quite over 50% female and they still bitch about and we still have the programes for promoting females in these fields even so that there are basically sexist scholarships, like WTF?

I actually want this to happen, just not on my dime.

Because eventually, its going to devolve into a clique-y hug space where nothing gets done. Owner closes shop because women are too catty to share the same space as someone they hate.
