Empirically speaking, that's what I found. Could never really find a genuinely intelligent woman. They can parrot what they've been told, but there's no real spark there.

Eh, that's not actually accurate. What IS accurate is that when we are looking at people with an IQ of 130+ [Top 1-2% of the population] men are twice as likely to have that IQ than women are.

The average is irrelevant just as any "average" IQ among races is irrelevant. There is enough variation among sex and race that any given individual could fall anywhere on the spectrum from idiot to genius.
