I appreciate life when respecting that so many people will hate me just for existing. I can't think of a more sustainable way for self pride. I appreciate what I have and make better decisions, at least when it's a self induced train of thinking. Feels bad when I actively perceive tangible hate around me
If in doubt, imagine the most efficient way to spur someone's ethnic pride. I think you will come to the same conclusion.
